YOGABLOOM POWER YOGA
Begin and end with a gentle pranayama session.
 
A vigourous practice suitable for those with a strong foundation and with no active injury.
 
Expect to sweat through fast flowing sequences interspersed with challenging long holds.
 
Props such as slings, ropes, chairs, stability balls, belts and fitness circles will add new dimensions and continuous challenges to encourage a higher level of fitness and focus.
 
Your inner organs will receive deep benefits too.
 
Deep relaxation and fantastic stretching will leave you both invigorated and thoroughly relaxed.
