Angi will share simple recipes using fresh produce from her garden as well as local ingredients. Try a hands-on cooking course where all participants create a delightful lunch together. The menu will depend on what produce is available and will include a freshly made juice, a soup or salad, main course and delicious yet healthy dessert. Take home all recipes and feel free to bring any of your favourite nourishing recipes along. Be inspired by the simplicity and freedom of joyful raw cooking. Bloom!

LEARN THE ROPES/SLINGS :REVITALIZE YOUR BODY, SOUL AND MIND- Followed by aqua yoga and jog and a trial on the new STAND UP PADDLE BOARD- Make a donation for all water activities . The monies go to the purchase of additional Stand-up Paddle Boards.

More details on Wonderful Wednesdays as we confirm some new themes and visiting teachers. All days will include some meditation, breathing and yoga as well as time to rest by the lake. Please feel free to send in your requests or let us know if you'd like to share your teachings with us.
